Dear Dr. Murley:
In our Final Report (Reference 2) on the above subject deficiency, it was stated that all valve actuators will have been corrected and tested to assure proper operation by September 14, 1984.
We have now determined that additional time will be needed to emplete the installation and testing of the valve actuators.
It is now expected that all valve actuators will be corrected and tested to assure proper operation by Septm ber 28, 1984.
