LICENSEE'S PRELIMINARY RESPONSE TO TMIA MOTION TO REOPEN THE RECORD ON CLEAN UP ALLEGATIONS On September 17, 1984, TMIA filed with the Commission a

' Motion to Reopen the Record on Clean Up Allegations.

As explained by TMIA, the motion is "to be considered as one as-pect-of its comments on the [ Commission] September 11 Order."

Accordingly, Licensee will respond to the TMIA motion, in ac-

.cordance with the schedule established in Commission Order CLI-84-18, at the same time Licensee responds to other comments and requests to reopen the TMI-l restart hearing which may be filed by parties to the hearing.
