Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Radioactive Effluent Release Report
Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Section 6.9.1.8 of the Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specifications requires that the Semi-Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report be submitted within 60 days after July 1.
The report was prepared on schedule. However, review of the report has revealed some apparent discrepancies.
In order to investigate, resolve the discrepancies and ensure report validity, it has been necessary to delay submission of the report beyond August 29, 1984. A report on the status of our efforts to resolve the discrepancies will be submitted by September 15, 1984.
