, Plant. Operating Quality Assurance Manual (OQAM) consisting of the following:

1. OQAM (Change-Notice 90-10) mark-up, identifying

, changes through the use of inserts and j strikeovers,

2. Explanations and justifications!for changes to the OQAM. ,

Changes have been made from our reference 2 submittal'as a result of discussions between J._C. Gearhart and.the NRC staff. This submittal replaces our January 3, 19921 submittal in its entirety, s Thepurposeof_dkerevisionistoallowprocessingof QA originated corrective action documents. consistent with all similar documents. The specific changes' include a rewrite of OQAM Section 16 to improve user understanding-when-preparing implementing procedures for= corrective action,-and. deletion of'in-line-QA:

approvaloof specific responsessand verification _of actions to: correct deficiencies..

However, the revision is interpreted as a lossening of commitment, and requires your approval prior to implementation.
