Amendments (regarding HPCS and RCIC alignment to the Suppression Pool)

Commonwealth Edison Company requested to change the Technical Specifications govarning the Division ill 125 Volt DC battery specific gravity requirements, as detailed in Reference (a). These changes were necessary to reflect the replacement batteries which were to be installed under the LaSalle modification program. As requested in Reference (a) and as approved in Heference (b), the Unit 2 amendment was made effective prior to the startup from the L2R04 refueling outage.

This letter confirms that the Unit 2 Division ill 125 Volt DC batteries were replaced during the L2R04 outage. g

This letter confilms that the Unit 2 RCIC full flow test line to the suppression chamber was installed during the L2R04 outage.
