Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Amendment No. 70 to the License Application of Philadelphia Electric Company in the above captioned matter. This Amendment makes changes to the Limerick Physical Security Plan to reflect the incorporation of several small vital areas into a single larger vital area.
The filing consists of three originals and nineteen copies of Amendment No. 70 to the License Application and 5 copies of the revised pages and figures of the Physical Security Plan.
As indicated in Amendment 70, the revisions of the Security Plan contain Safeguards Information and proprietary and confidential information.
Accordingly, it is being requested that the revised Security Plan be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with Sections 2.790 and 73.21 of the Commission's regulations.
