The purpose of this letter is to supplement the referenced submittal regarding relief requests to the Quad Cities ISI Plan. Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a(a)(3), the referenced relief requests described alternative testing requirements. In the referenced submittal, Comed provided an example of NRC staff approval (Safety Evaluation dated February 24, 1995) for similar relief requests for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. However, the correct reference of NRC staff approval for similar relief requests (Relief Request R12, Part B and Part C) should be the Safety Evaluation, dated April 5,1994, for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. Comed apologizes for any inconvenience this issue may have caused the NRC staff.
