Their acknowledgements have been placed in the Discov-ery Room... Additional acknowledgements will be placed in the Discovery Room when they are received.
Mr. Rochino and Mr. Conrad are presently scheduled for deposition.
In view of the fact that they have clearly indi-cated that they misunderstood the questionnaire, please advise us.whether you still intend to depose'these two individuals, and'if'so for what purpose.
