Change in operating organization The following information is submitted in compliance with Technical Specification 6.7c(3) and 10 CFR 50.74.

The following change is effective today, September 28, 1995.

Dr. Gerald L. Kulcinski is appointed to the Radiation Safety Committee vice Prof. George Maxwell, who has retired.

Dr. Kulcinski is a Nuclear Engineer. His Ph.D thesis was on the subject of radiation damage to materials, and his industrial experience was centered in the same area. He currently is concerned with fusion technology area, including fuels and materials damage in large fusion devices. He teaches courses in advanced radiation damage in metals and feasibility studies in power production from controlled thermonuclear fusion, including materials problems.
