Attached is a description of the change to the Waterford 3 Physical Security Plan.
The change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security plan.
The attachment contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of j
