Dear Mr. Crutchfield:
t Enclosed is a copy of the final repon for the July 13,1995, Medical Services drill (MS-1) which was conducted at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, Massachusetts. This drill was completed as part of the evaluation requirement associated with the overall off-site emergency response activities for the Commonpalth of Massachusetts Radiological Emergency Response Plans for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station.
No deficiencies were identified during this drill. However, there were 2 Areas Recommended For Improvement (ARFI) identified.
