In resolving Region I open items related to Limerick I, we have identified the following item which will not be fully resolved prior to fuel load.
We have provided _information regarding this item to the degree available to the Resident NEC Inspector.
We are providing in this letter the rationale for why it is acceptable for this iten to remain open for fuel loading.
This information should be sufficient for your consideration prior to fuel load.

Remarks 84-21-03 Verify that trend analysis considers all corrective action systens and that administrative control exists.
Mministrative controls for trending will be in place prior to ccmnercial operation.
As indicated in the NRC Inspection Report 84-21-03, - this iten is not required for fuel load.
