SUBJECT:

Fort Calhoun Station 1995 Emergency Preparedness Exercise Enclosed are the Scope and Objectives for the Fort Calhoun Station 1995 Emergency Preparedness Exercise to be conducted on Tuesday, November 14, 1995.

The submittal is being transmitted ninety days prior to the exercise in accordance j

with established standards.

A copy of this transmittal is also being sent to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region VII, for their information.

The States of Iowa and Nebraska will be submitting their Extent of Play memorandums directly to FEMA; therefore, these documents are not included with this transmittal.

The Omaha Public Power District will submit a complete scenario package to the NRC and FEMA sixty days prior to the exercise.
