Dear Mr. Joyncr:
The reference I letter transmitted CUA's reactor decommissioning report and final status surveys for the facility currently licensed under reactor license R-31. The reference 2 letter requested additional information regarding the repon which was panially provided in the reference 3 letter.
This letter transmits the remainder of the requested information as a new Appendix C to the decommissioning report and, along with Snal page revisions to the repon, completes the information requested. We await the scheduling of NRC's confirmatory surveys.
