This letter transmits CUA's Final Status Survey Report, prepared in i accordance with our approved Decommissioning Plan, for the facility l currently licensed under Reactor License R-31, Docket No. 50-77.

All survey data confirm that the facility meets the release criteria for unrestricted use established in the Decommissioning Plan. The f acility is ready for NRC confirmatory surveys and, based on previous discussions, it is our understanding that ORISE has been tentatively scheduled to perform this work in early '95.
