AAMODT OBJECTION TO LICENSEE DISCOVERY OF AUGUST 30, 1984 The Aamodts resist the Licensee's discovery requests of August 30, 1984 We find that the responsibility for representing our interests must be accepted-by those parties who have accepted the lead role concerning the matter of operator training. Consolidation of parties is in line with NRC policy, and the Board encouraged it.

UCS ar.d TMIA accepted the consolidation of our interests with theirs.

We are therefore totally surprised by the exchange of letters (August 21, 1984 Licensee to UCS, August 28, 1984 UCS to Licensee, August 30, 1984 Licensee to Aamodes) wh,ich has led the Licensee to make discovery requests of us concerning operator training.

As a matter of courtesy, we would have provided the information sought, however we do not presently have time to do so. An already crowded schedule has forced us to consolidation.

Licensee cannot be uninformed in regard to the Aamodt positions

, concerning the training of operstors. These positions have been fully d
