Intervenor Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy ("OCRE") hereby 7/b/df noves that the Licensing Board consider the attached-v Mction for Issuance of a Subpoena Duces Tecum in camera, without divulging the contents of the subpoena or notion to other parties in the proceeding. 'Ihis nuasure is necessary to prevent the possible destruction of the sensitive documents sought by the requested subpoena.and to protect the privacy of persons who are the 'suliject of said documents.
