Dear Mr. Hillman:
This letter is to provide you with advance notification of ' spent fuel shipments from the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station in Platteville, Colorado, to the Idaho Chemical Processing Plant (ICPP) in Scoville, Idaho, scheduled for the month of September, 1984.
The routing of these shipments is in accordance with that identified in my correspondence to you on July 13, 1984.
The enclosure to this letter contains safeguards information and is therefore attached as a separate sealed item.
It must be protected against unauthorized disclosure until ten days after arrival at ICPP of the final spent fuel shipment in 1984.
