TMIA'S RESPONSE TO LICENSEE'S FIRST REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS TO TMIA TMIA hereby responds to Licensee's first request for production of documents, dated August 16, 1984.
Licensee requests that TMIA produce or permit inspection and copying of the original or best copy of all documents identified in its responses to Licensee's First Set of Inter-rogatories to TMIA.
TMIA has identified the documents which were relied upon, in its response to Licensee's Interrogatory T-2.
Each of these documents is within Licensee's possession, and are matters of public record.
