and schedules from GE's point of view. These requests were made in order to help NRC plan for near term and future resource requirements. Attachment I to this letter, SBWR Status & Schedule, identifies recent past milestones and current and future open items, by program element. As requested in  !

Reference 1, we have suggested NRC dates using prior informal guidance from NRC. We have not yet  !

reached agreement on these specific dates, but wish to do so as quickly as possible.  !

l Attachment 2 to this letter, SBWR - NRC Payments, provides the payments we have made to the NRC for the last four years. We would also like to review this with you to obtain an estimate of the NRC expenditures required to complete the open items in Reference 1.

We wish to schedule an extended conference call or meeting with you on these topics in the next two weeks.
