Operatinn License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Semi-Annual Radioactive Effluent and Release Report Enclosed is the TMI-1 Semi-Annual Radioactive Effluent Report for the period l
January 1 through June 30, 1984, submitted in accordance with TMI-l Technical Specification Section 6.9.5.1.
This report includes the Disposal and Release Data, the Joint Frequency Tables and the Summary of Individual Dose Accumulation for the period. Compliance with the dose design objectives in 40 CFR 190 are demonstrated by compliance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix 1 Off-Site Radiation Doses, and also by the fact that there are no other fuel cycle facilities within 8 kilometers of TMI-1.
TMI-1 Tech Specs Section 6.9.5.2 requires that changes to the Off-Site Dose Calculation Manual (0DCM) be reported in the Semi-Annual Effluent Report. The Off-Site Dose Calculation Manual utilized from January 1 through June 30, 1984, was identical to the manual submitted with the Auqt'st 31, 1983 report and there are no changes to report at this time.
l THI-l Tech Specs Section 6.9.5.2 also requires that changes to the Process Control Program be submitted with this report.

Dr. T. E. Murley 5211-84-2219 utilized from January 1 through June 30, 1984 was identical to the program submitted August 31, 1983. This program was revised July 31, 1984, to comply with all 10 CFR Part 61 requirements per Generic Letter 84-12. A copy of this revised program will be submitted with the July 1 through December 31, 1984 Semi-Annual Report.
