BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PIANT (BFN) - UNIT 3 - REACTOR CONTAINMENT BUILDING INTEGRATED LEAK RATE TEST (CILRT)
The purpose of this letter is to transmit, in the enclosure, the BFN Unit 3 reactor CILRT report.
TVA submits this report according to 10 CFR 50, Appendir
.T.Section V.B.1 and BEN Technical Specification (TS) Sr an 6.9.2.5.
BFN TS requires a reactor CILRT be pei ned as part of the surveillance program to show the continuing leak-tight integrity of the reactor building primary containment.
TVA conducted a reactor CILRT on BFN Unit 3, November 6 and November 7, 1995, in preparation for return to power operation.
The test was successfully completed.
