Licensee recently served " Licensee's Second Set of Interroga-tories to UCS (Training)," dated September 12, 1984, on UCS.
As indicated by the first paragraph of that document, Licensee clear-ly intendert to serve UCS with a supplementary set of interrogato-ries a-d request for production of documents.
Licensee's S9ptember 12 discovery request, therefore, should have been enti-tied " Licensee's Second Set of Interrogatories and Second Request for Production of Documents to UCS (Training)."
Please take the time to correct your set of the September 12 discovery requests accordingly.
