Dear Sirs:

This letter serves as Intervenor's notice of intent to respond to Georgia Power's December 13, 1995 filings in Mr.

Mosbaugh's action before the Department of Labor

Georgia Power submitted q

" Respondent Georgia Power Company's Motion to Reopen the Record for Further Hearings" and "Brief in Support of its Motion to Reopen the Record and for Further Hearings" with attachments, at the request of NRC Staff, to the Licensing Board to be placed on the record of the above entitled licensing proceeding.

We find Georgia Power's Motion to be misleading and inaccurate or incomplete.

Intervenor therefore feels that the response he files to the DOL should be incorporated into the record of this proceeding.

A briefing schedule has been issued in the DOL proceeding which requires Mr. Mosbaugh to respond to this motion by February 16, 1996.

Intervenor hereby requests that the Licensing Board allow Mr. Mosbaugh to file a response to Georgia Power's Motion with the DOL and to submit it onto the record of this licensing proceeding.
