- 1) ULNRC-2420, Dated June 11, 1991 Furnished herewith for your review and approval is a copy of updated pages which constitute Revision 15 of the Callaway Plant Operating Quality Assura,nce Manual (OQAM). Pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR50.54(a) and 10CFR50.71(e) (3) (1),
the OQAM has been revised to incorporate changes to the Operating Quality Assurance Program (OQAP) description made since the last docketed revision transmitted by Reference 1.
In addition to the OQAM, Revision 15 updated pages, please find enclosed one copy each of the following:
1.
OQAM (Revision 15) mare:-up, identifying changes through the use of inserts and strikeovers.
2.
Explanations and justifications for changes to the OQAM.
The changes hrte been evaluated by Union Electric. The changes are noc considered reductions in the OQAM commitments previously accepted by the NRC. The revised OQAM continues to satisfy the requirementa of 10CFR50, Appendix B.
