.\\iarseilles, 11.61341-9757 Tel 815-3576761 February 7,1996 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington D.C. 20555 Attention: Document Control Desk As requested per Administrative Letter 96-01, Operator Licensing National Examination Schedule, I have attached a copy of NRC Form 536 with our estimates of the number of candidates to be examined for fiscal years (FYs) 1996 through 1999.
It is important to note that there are 2 exams requested in fiscal year 1997.The first exam is scheduled for 10/96 and the second for 4/97. These dates are in accordance with the National Exam Schedule for LaSalle County Nuclear Station.
LaSalle is also requesting an exam in January 1998. This date is not in accordance with the National Exam Schedule. Only one exam is requested for fiscal year 1998.
In fiscal year 1999 LaSalle is scheduling an exam for October 1998. This date is in accordance with the National Exam Schedule. Only one c:aun is requested for tiscal year 1999.
The next scheduled licensed operator requalification exams for LaSalle County I
Nuclear Station will be from April 29,1996 to June 14,1996. LaSalle will conduct the written examinations (Section A and B) and the dynamic simulator portions of the exam during this time frame. The walkthrough portion (Plant and Simulator JPMs) will be conducted in the following module oflicensed operator requalification training, June 17,1996 to August 2,1996.
