No. Deficiencies were identified during this exercise.
There were, however, four Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) identified during this exercise: one for the State of Ohio, and three for Ottawa County.
Based on the results of the September 20, 1995 exercise, the offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness for the State of Ohio, Ottawa and Lucas Counties site-specific to j
Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, can be implemented.
These 1
plans are adequate to provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can be taken offsite to protect the health 4
and safety of the public in the event of a radiological emergency at the site.
Therefore, the Title 44 CFR, Part 350, approval of the offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness for the State of Ohio site-specific to Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, granted on March 15, 1991 will remain in effect.
