Fourth Interim Report The above referenced letter indicated submittal of an Interim and/or Final Report to the USNRC on August 31, 1984.
At the present time, corrective actions discovered in the walk down effort are scheduled to be completed in mid September 1984. An Interim and/or Final Report is scheduled to be submitted to the USNRC on September 21, 1984.
