Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of a revision to our previous Application for Amendment, dated May 2, 1984, to our Operating License DPR-66. This revision provides additional clarification of the revised reporting requirements specified by Generic Letter 83-43 in accordance with NRC staff recommendations following their review of our previous submittal.

Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the change in Technical Specifications and its safety evaluation.
Since this is a revision to a previous submittal made at the request of the Commission in accordance with Generic Letter 83-43, no fee is required.
