Revision 7 to the Vermont Yankee Training and Qualitication Plan i
Dear Sir:
This letter transmits Revision No. 7 to the Vermont Yankee Training and Qualitication Plan for Security (VY T&Q Plan). This revision reflects enhancements recently made to our security program.
We have reviewed this revision and have determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), prior NRC approval of this revision is not required.
The revision to the VY T&Q Plan is Attachment A to this letter. It is considered SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION which is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
We have enclosed our standard Document Custody Form and Change Transmittal Form for each copy of the plan revision required by the NRC. Please sign and return these forms.
We trust that the enclosed information is deemed acceptable: however, should you have any questions, please contact Mr. Gregory L. Morgan, Security Manager, at our plant site.
