BasedonitsreviewoftheinformationsubmittedbyPWROG,theNRCstafffindstheTopicalReportacceptablefor referencingsubjecttothelimitationsspecifiedinthetopicalreport,andintheNRCstaffSE.ThedraftSEisbeing providedforanaccuracy,clarity,andproprietaryinformationreview.
PursuanttoSection2.390ofTitle10oftheCodeofFederalRegulations(10CFR),wehavedeterminedthatthe encloseddraftSEmaycontainproprietaryinformation.Ifyoubelievethatanyinformationintheenclosureis proprietary,pleaseidentifysuchinformationlinebylineanddefinethebasispursuanttothecriteriaof10CFR 2.390.Usebracketsandyellowhighlighttoidentifyany[proprietaryinformation].After10workingdays,thedraft SEwillbemadepubliclyavailable,asappropriate,andanadditional10workingdaysareprovidedforyouto commentonanyfactualerrorsorclarityconcernscontainedinthedraftSE.
