Dear Sirs:

Attached are the objectives it.- t.he Peach Bottom Atomic Station (PBAPS), Units 2 and 3, 1992 Annual Emergency Preparedness Exercise, scheduled for August 26, 1992.

This information is being submi.tted ninety (90) days prior to the start of the exercise in accordance with guidance provided in the referenced letter.

This exercise is defined as full scale, so therefore it will involve offsite participation.

The referenced letter provides guidance on the submittal of emergency exercise objectives and scenario guidelines.

Additionally, it specifies that the scenario only should be protected and distribution limited to those individuals identified

in the letter.

However, based on our conversations with NRC Region

.I representatives concerning the confidentiality of emergency exercise objective and scenario ;uidelines, the attached information will only be distributed to those individuals specified as recipients in the letter and is not for public disclosure.
