Dear Administrative Judges:

The lists of the sequence of testimony, exhibits, and witnesses, which comprise about 80 pages all told, were re-ceived by the parties on Wednesday.

The NRC Staff provided comments yesterday, and Suffolk County provided a mark-up with the bulk of its comments today which incorporated New York State's comments, these changes are now being made to the docu-ments by LILCO.

Suffolk County expects to complete its review

'of the lists'today.

Taking into account the length of the lists and the need to incorporate changes, the parties expect to file the lists with you next week as soon as possible after the changes are completed.
