2. Letter from J.F. Klapproth to M.M. Razzaque, Transtnittal of TRACG User's Manual, June 15, 1994.

In response to the NRC's Reference 1 letter, GE formally requests the withdrawal of the proprietary version of theTRACG02V User's Manual and its associated affidavit. This material was transmitted to the NRC i:1 Reference 2. We have reviewed this with your staff and have concluded that the proprietary version of the TRACG02V User's Manual is not required within the NRC and its only usage is by Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) and BNL will no longer need the manual after June 1996. Therefore,we request that by June 30, 1996 BNL's copy and the other four copies transmitted l by Reference 2 be returned to GE or confirm to us in writing that it has been disposed-of in a manner appropriate for the disposal of proprietary materials.
