Revision 22 to the Vermont Yankee Phynical Seesrity Plan The purpose of this letter is to provide you with Ruvirion No. 12 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan. This revision reflects enhancements recently made to our Security Program to implement the requirements of 10 CFR 73.S6.
These changes were previously incorporated into our implementing procedures and the enclosure reflects the resultant Plan changes.
We have r. viewed thic revision and have determined that the char.ges ao uc.t decrease the safwguards effectiveness of ths Plan. Therefore, in accordance with.10 CFR 50.54(p), prior NRC approval of this revision is not required.
