In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR M.54(p)(2), changes to the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan, incorporated as Issue 25 ef that Plan are hereby submitted for review and approval. The Plan incorporates as Appendices B and C, the " Fort St. Vrain Security Training and Qualification Plan" and "The Fort St. Vrain Safeguards Contingency Plan" respectively.
The description of changes to the Security Plan is documented under to this letter.
The Security Plan is.in:luded as to this letter.
We request that the attached information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of '30 CFR 2.790(d) and 10 CFR 73.21.
