Honorable Marshall E. Miller Atomic Safety and Licensing Board U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555
Dear Judge Miller:
.50..3Ed.'6 L I am writing to confirm a telephone conversation that we had on August 30, 1984.
In that conversation,-I asked what the date was for the New Jersey Department of the Public Advocate's response to the Applicant's new motion to dismiss the proceeding.
As you. recall, you acknowledged that Labor Day weekend cut into.our time for response and stated that the Public Advocate could, therefore, respond by 3:30 p.m. on September 11, 1984.
I will make sure that you have the Department of the Public Advocate's response by that time.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Sincerely, C f _. - c ~
