Please be advised that the Allied General Nuclear Services (AGNS) Partnership does not

intend to provide additional information in support of;our request for a continuation of the construction permit no. CPCSF-4 associated with the Barnwell facility.

AGNS continues to hold the view that the plant is a potential national asset that should' be used ultimately inihe remediation of the Nuclear Waste Handling and Storage problems 1
confronting the nation. Nevertheless, we are not presently in a position to specify how and under what circumstances the facility may be utilized. Therefore we are not in a position where l
