Regulatory Commission's pending decision regarding the Barnwell Nuclear Fuel Plant, Barnwell, 4 South Carolina. ,

Please be advised that the Allied General Nuclear Services (AGNS) Partnership does not {

intend to provide additional information in support of;our request for a continuation of the _!

construction permit no. CPCSF-4 associated with the Barnwell facility. -l l

AGNS continues to hold the view that the plant is a potential national asset that should'  !

be used ultimately inihe remediation of the Nuclear Waste Handling and Storage problems 1 confronting the nation. Nevertheless, we are not presently in a position to specify how and under what circumstances the facility may be utilized. Therefore we are not in a position where
