TEMPORARY CHANGE OF SECURITY PROGRAM Pursuant to the commitment made in response to your letter EA 82-113, dated December 1982, the Salem Security System Up-grade will begin in September, 1984.
The temporary changes described in this letter are equivclent to, or in excess of, current security program standards.
The attached information pertaining to the scope of the project, work schedules, and compensatory measures is clas-sified as Safeguards Information and is subject to the provi-sions of 10 CFR 73.21.
