1) USNRC R. Pulsifer to D. Farrar letter dated December 18,1995
2) Comed letter to USNRC dated November 30,1995 The purpose of this letter is to document the project completion and transfer of operational jurisdiction to the Operations department of the Unit 2 Station Blackout Diesel (SBO)_ on December 28,1995 as requested by the NRC in reference 1.

All required, Operations department procedures have been written and approved.

Walkdowns and surveillance testing were completed on December 22,1995. All equipment and operational parameters were found to be satisfactory.

With the completion of the above actions, the station has the ability for an alternate AC power source to be available in the event of a station blackout.
