l GEORGIANS AGAINST NUCLEAR ENERGY MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO ANSWER GEORGIA TECH'S AND NRC STAFF'S DISCOVERY REOUESTS Georgians Against Nuclear Energy (GANE) respectfully submits this l request for a deadline extension beyond Friday, December 15, 1995, as  !

set forth in the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Memorandum and I Order dated November 29, 1995. The de'adline was established for GANE to submit answers to NRC Staff's and Georgia Tech's discovery requests on our management contention concerning Georgia Tech's Research Reactor. GANE has conferred with all parties and all agreed to the request to change the GANE deadline to Friday, January 5, 1996.

GANE contacted Judge Bechhoefer, Sherwin Turk and Patricia Guilday about the cFinge and it was agreed by all parties that the other dates in the discovet.r schedule should be changed as well. After discussion, l all t.e ps' 'es rgreed that the deadline to submit any motion for summary dis;esition will be moved from January 12 to January 26 and the deadline for :ompletion of discovery shall be moved from February 1 to Featuary 23.
