Referen::e (a) was our response to NRC Bulletin 88-01. Reference (b) requested a schedule for, and description of, corrective actions for breaker inspection failures reported in Reference (a).
Reference (c) described when the corrective actions would be complete.
The pole shafts for all Unit 2 breakers needing corrective action were replaced by February 1991.
No Unit 1 breakers required corrective action. This completes all of our actions to address Bulletin &9 01.
