" Reload Safety Evaluation Methods for Aeolication to the Monticello Nuclear Generatino Plant" By letter dated September 29, 1995, the NRC approved Revision 3 of Topical Report NSPNAD-8608, " Reload Safety Evaluation Methods for Application to the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant". This September 29, 1995 letter, including the Safety Evaluation, and previous applicable Safety Evaluations, were placed in front of Revision 3 and the report was reissued as NSPNAD-8608-A, Revision 4 (same title). Confirmation that this was the only change between NSPNAD-8608 Revision 3 and NSPNAD-8608-A Revision 4 is provided by the fact that there are no sidebars to indicate revisions and by the description of the Revision 4 change given on page 194.
