f Special Repoi 92-002, Unit 2 Steam Generator Tube Plugging The following steam generator tube plugging report is being submitted in accordanco with Technical Specification 4.4.6.5.a.
The eddy current testing results of the Unit 2 eighth refueling outage are as follows.

-The plugging and repair work was completed on April 22, 1992.
