Enclosed is Licensee's First Set of Interrogatories and First Request for Production of Documents to the Aamodts, dated August 30, 1984.
We had intended to avoid serving discovery on you by limiting such requests to the lead intervenors in the remanded proceeding who, presumably, had assumed the major re-sponsibility for the litigation, and who could represent the collective views of the participating intervenors.
According-ly, Licensee directed its discovery requests on training to TMIA and UCS.
In view of the enclosed letter from counsel for i
UCS, however, Licensee has no alternative but to serve you with an identical set of discovery requests to those we previously served oa UCS.
