'0-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket 10-412, License No. NPF-73 Beaver Valley Power Station Emergency Preparedness Plan In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.4, Duquesne Light Company is forwarding a recent revision of the Emergency Preparedness Plan to the appropriate Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) parties. Per the NRC's March 11,1993, request, two copies are enclosed. The changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and the plan, as changed, continues to meet the requirements of Appendix E of 10 CFR Part 50.
Therefore, the changes have been implemented, and 10 CFR Part 50.54(q) requires that these changes be submitted for information only.
