Application for Amendment to NRC Export Ucense to Bangladech Referencei NRC Export Ucense No. XR126, with amendments
Dear Mr. Feterson:
. General Atonno hereby makes application, pursuant to 10 CFR 110, for an amendment to NRC Export Ucense No. XR126 to Bangladesh. An amendment is required to allow for the shipment of sp pa:ts in support of the TRIGA Mark 11 researcl. reactor det.vered to Bangladesh under Ucense XR126.
. Furthermore, GA wishes to extend the period of the license by six (6) years, until 23 June 1998. Our suggested wording for the amendment follows:
- The licenso is amended as follows:

1)
Specifically designed andprepared replacement parts and components for use in a TRIGA Mark Il Research Reactor, The value of parts exported not to exceed $500,000. M' 2)
- The licensee is einhorized to re-export above items that are retumed to the licensee for
- warranty repair or replacement.
- 3). The expiration date of the license is extertied from 23 june 1992 to 23 June 1998.'
Enclosed is a check for the amount of $580.00 to cover the fee for the requested emendment.
