Revision to Proposed Technical Specification Change Submittal Dates The purpose of this letter is to document notificatian to the NRC of changes in submittal dates for Technical Specification Changes proposed in References 2 and 3.
The cLanges have been discussed with Messrs. P. H. Harrell and S. D. Bloom of your staff.
Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) committed in Refe ence 2 to submit a Technical Specification Change to implement the requirements of Generic Letter 90-06 (additional limitations on Power Operated Relief Valves)lete the processing of by the end of the 1992 refueling outage.
OPPD requires additional time to comp this change and is revising the submittal date to no later than June 1,1992.
OPPD committed in LER-92-028 Rev. 1 Reference 3) to submit a Technical Specification Change to implement the rec (ommendation of NRC Generic letter 89-01 (relocate the requirements for Radioactive Effluent Technical Specifications) by April 30, 1992.
In preparing this change, it was determined that a minor modification would be required to implement the proposed changes.
Additional planning time was required to ensure that this modification could be completed in o. der to su, art the amendment request.
Therefore, OPPD is revising the submittal date ior this Technical Specification Change to no later than June 1 1992.
