This letter is to certify that the Access Authorization Program at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAFS), Units 2 and 3, meets the requirements of 10CFR73.56. Accordingly, attached are the associated revisions for the PBAPS Units 2 and 3, Fnysical S3curity Plan. These revisions are being made to implement all elements of Regulatory Guide 5.66, and therefore, satisfy the requirements of 10CFR 73.5fs, they do not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan. The revisions to the plan 6re being submitted in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.54(p). These revisions are described in the attached Summary of Plan Revisions.
In accordance with 10CFR 2.790 and 10CFR 73.21, we request that the enclosed revision to the Physical Security Plan, which contains Safeguards Information, be withheld from public disclosure and protected as described in 10CFR 73.21.
