. Georgia Power Company (GPC) proposed to revise the Vogtle Electric Generattn;; Plant Unit I and Uttit 2 Technical Specifications (TS). The proposed changes consisted primarily of a conversion of the existing VEGP TS to the M{'
improved Technical Specifications for Westinghouse plants as represented by NUREG-1431. Encbsed is a revision to our May 1,1995, submittal. This revision is necessary to s-reflect responses to NRC requests for additional information and our letters dated August 9,1995, (LCV-0653), September 22,1995, (LCV-0655), November 20,1995, (LCV-0670). In addition, this submittal incorporates necessary changes to allow implementation of Option B to 10 CFR 50, Appendix J.
Please note that the revision consists of complete replacements for each chapter of the original submittal with the exception of Chapter 4.0. There were no changes to Chapter
